The Red Oak Builders Story
Red Oak Builders was founded in 2004 in North Jersey and moved to Philadelphia in 2011 where they began building unique new constriction and historic renovation homes for sale. We quickly built a reputation as #NotYourOrdinaryBuilder due to our steadfast commitment to quality, innovative design, and exceptional craftsmanship.
